I am a strategic technical leader with over 20 years of experience, evolving from foundational infrastructure to architecting "zero-to-one" cloud and data platforms. I thrive at the intersection of product, engineering, and data, translating complex business goals into scalable, full-stack solutions.
At my core, I am a puzzle solver. I am endlessly curious about how things work—and how to make them better. Whether I am dismantling a legacy monolith or debugging a team process, I am driven to find the elegant solution hidden inside the complexity.

I have a proven track record of architecting FinOps and risk-management dashboards, creating internal developer platforms (IDPs) that accelerate velocity, and mentoring traditional sysadmins into high-performing software engineers. I lead with empathy, curiosity, and a "get stuff done" mindset.
Today I am hands-on again as a Senior Software Engineer at Clerk, building user management through data—the real-time analytics and reliability infrastructure that turns raw activity into a trustworthy view of users and organizations as Clerk grows from best-in-class authentication into the leading authentication & user management platform. It is a deliberate return to daily engineering after years of architecture and leadership, and proof that the two reinforce each other.
